Planroom Services: View, print and download the entire collection of SBE plans and spec books, or only the sections you need, from the comfort of your own home or office, 24 hours a day! Additional access to builders’ exchanges across the state is also available from the SBE Online Plan Room. Simply join SBE at the General Membership level to gain access. We also have available two physical planrooms at our Roseville and Sacramento offices as well as a new e-planroom at El Dorado Hills office.
Networking Events: SRBX offers several networking events during the year that will give your company the exposure you need to bolster existing relationships and create new ones. Our goal is to equip you to develop your businesses image.
Business Education: We provide Lien law seminars, prevailing wage courses, CPR/first-aid instruction, human resources programs, business management classes and computer tech updates for the SBE online plan room are all designed to help you run a more profitable business. Designed to assist our member companies with tools that help them run their businesses more efficiently, these classes cover a wide range of topics. Most are two to six hours in duration. New to our portfolio of classes is topics such as: LEED, LEAN scheduling, Building Information Modeling, and Integrated Project Delivery.
Cost: ($750 First Time/$650 Annual): Fee covers a $100 non-refundable first time application fee plus $650 for the first year of dues. Six month payment option is available. This Membership gives you access to the online plan room at an additional one time cost of $50.
