A/E Lead Source: The A/E Lead Source provides information on RFP’s and RFQ’s that are being sought in the greater Sacramento region and Northern California. The A/E Lead Source will be a weekly e-mail with links. Our goal is to provide you with a proficient tool for business development.
Coming down the Pipeline: The Exchange’s goal is to provide you with the tools and resources necessary to bid, build, and thrive. Published the Third Monday of each month in the SBE Weekly e-Bulletin Newsletter, “Coming down the Pipeline” is one way we equip you for success. The publication provides project specific information on upcoming jobs in the Greater Sacramento Region. Information for this publication is gathered from a variety of sources to provide you with the most relevant data on projects that you will be seeing in the future.
Private Planrooms: In addition to our amazing online planroom services, we offer General Contractors the option of privately bidding projects through our online planroom. We assist the entire process, including providing you with options for password protection. This allow you to give the specific firms you want access to bid.
Cost: ($750 First Time/$650 Annual): Fee covers a $100 non-refundable first time application fee plus $650 for the first year of dues. Six month payment option is available. General members have access to the online plan room at an additional one time cost of $50.
