In-House Member Scholarships

Students who are children and grandchildren of Sacramento Builders’ Exchange member firm owners, as well as their employees and their children and grandchildren. Applicants can be high school seniors, students at colleges at any level or be attending trade schools. Scholarships are awarded to students pursuing continuing education in any subject. This program was initiated in 2005 and to date, SBE has awarded eleven scholarships. You can apply online or download scholarship application.

Sacramento State Construction Management Scholarships

To upper division students in the Construction Management Program at Sacramento State University (done in the fall of each year). This particular program has been around for almost 20 years – some of our current Board of Directors were early recipients of these scholarships. Students in the Construction Management Program should contact the Department Office for more information.

Chico State Construction Management Scholarships

To upper division students in the Construction Management Program at California State University (done in the fall of each year). In 2008, four Chico students were awarded scholarships. Los Rios Winn Center Donation

In June of 2009, the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange Board of Directors finalized a $40,000 financial commitment to help support the development of the Winn Center for Construction and Architecture at Cosumnes River College.
